Türkiye passport - House purchase
According to the official gazette of the Türkiye government on January 2, 2017, according to Türkiye's 5091 Nationality Law, if you invest in Türkiye to purchase real estate of $1 million or more and hold it for at least 3 years, you can obtain Türkiye nationality.
On September 1, 2018, the Parliament of Türkiye announced to amend the bill, reducing the amount of naturalized people's purchase of Türkiye's property from US $1 million to US $250000, as long as the property is not sold for three years.
From June 13, 2022, the naturalization threshold for house purchase investment will be raised from 250000 dollars to 400000 dollars, and Türkiye's investment naturalization will officially enter the era of 400000 dollars.
