Top Talent

Top Talent Pass Scheme, abbreviated as “TTPS”, aims at attracting top talents with rich work experience and good academic qualifications from all over the world to explore opportunities in Hong Kong, including high-income persons and degree graduates from the world's top universities.

Persons who meet the requirements of TTPS are allowed entry into Hong Kong without an offer of employment, and they are granted a 24-month stay on time limitation without other conditions of stay, only provided that normal immigration requirements are met.

Category A

Persons with annual income reaching HK$ 2.5 million or above (Quota-free)

Category B

Degree graduates of the world’s top 100 universities with at least three years of work experience over the past five years immediately preceding the date of application (Quota-free)

Category C

Degree graduates of the world’s top 100 universities in the past five years immediately preceding the date of application with less than three years of work experience ( An annual quota of 10 thousand)
